It's been a busy summer at Boot Hill Auto! It's hot outside and even hotter inside the shop trying to get the cars out and on the on the road.
Finally the Gremlin X is out on the road and she's a lot meaner then she looks. Look for it at a show near you.
Here's the rear and custom torque arm for the Gremlin.
Hauler is now on the Table taking measurements to ensure the custom frame fitment is perfect for the cab and Body. No question about it this truck will be a show stopper. Kevin has been going through all aspects of the build with the customer to ensure that the customer is getting exactly what he wants.
The 68 Camaro is slowly taking shape. It has taken it’s place on the Frame table to ensure all the measurements are perfect . Custom rear frame rails welded in to ensure it will not lose it’s integrity around the corners or when the heavy foot hits the floor .
What you will most likely see is the rear end of this 68 Camaro.
The 32 Chev has a new Engine that will turn some heads as well as the rear wheels!!!
Boot Hill Automotive is pleased to announce Kevin (Horsepower) Horsman as New Parts Manager and Mechanic Mike Meron have joined our team.
Kevin has been in the automotive industry for over 14 years. An active member of the Fully Loaded Truck Club, Kevin comes with a wealth of parts knowledge and as a builder he understands what is needed and involved in parts ordering for a full restoration.
Mike Meron specializes in wiring, electronics and forced induction. He has over 15 years experience in every facet of automotive customizing. Having worked with world leaders in 4 cylinder aftermarket performance doing design, prototype and manufacturing, his passion is in motorsports, working on cars ranging from CASC GT2 racecars to unassuming street sleepers.
While we welcomed Kevin and Mike, we also welcomed a couple of tours. First we had a visit from Centre Dufferin Secondary School and then a visit from the Wrench Benders Car Club.
Thanks M&M (Old Marty and Young Marty) for organizing the event. It was a beautiful sunny day with lots of nice metal parading around the parking lot.
